1. Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt, and bags must be returned in UNUSED condition and original packaging within seven days. Please note that postage costs will be incurred.
   
2. Refunds are only given on goods that are faulty and returned to us in unused condition within seven days.
   
3. Customers are responsible for return postage on exchanges and are responsible for the bag until it reaches us, - INSURED trackable return mail is suggested.
   
   

Every care is taken to ensure that all the descriptions on the site are correct. Photographs of the bags are as accurate as we can get them, but due to the bags being handmade and the nature of the digital image, they may vary slightly in colour from the colours displayed on your computer monitor.
