The Salvador Slashbag

These sought after handbags are the latest Mary Poppins must-have.
Each amazing and unique handbag front is lovingly handmade , from combining different textiles, including new and recycled cottons, silks, velvets and sheers, all of which have been layered, sewn, slashed and counter-sewn to produce the effect you see on the front of each bag. Each bag takes about 2 days to make.
Each funky handmade handbag is a one-off, and has a vintage hand-dyed and quilted velvet back and base, a new Kaffe Fassett cotton lining, an inside jeans pocket, and is finished with a specially commissioned handmade ceramic button, and circular gucci-esque bamboo handles. All the handbag backs and bases are different colour combinations and designs.

These roomy handbags measure approx (W) 34cm x (H)28cm x (D) 18cm. Loads of space for all your stuff! (And the inside pocket's just the right size for your mobile phone.)

The bags are made by hand in the UK, but can be posted internationally.

Special Delivery postage and packing is free in the UK, which is guaranteed before noon the day after the bag has been sent.

In all other countries handbags cost £145.00
This includes insured international postage, which usually takes between 5-7 working days. Care

The handbags can be washed in the machine on a COLD wash on a short delicate cycle, but hand washing is recommended. Please fold the handles into the bag, and protect the ceramic button with some thick fabric and some elastic before washing. They should be hung to dry, and may be finished on a low tumble drier setting, but only for a couple of minutes. Do not iron.
