The Frankie is a brilliant first jumper project because you'll learn a whole host of new skills along the way, including working from the top down, raglan increases, shaping the neckline with short rows and knitting sleeves in the round. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe pattern is worked in Peer Gynt by Sandnes Garn and has narrow stripes, but here's the fun bit: \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethe stripes are completely optional\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
