Basically you pop your yarn in here, and it will then keep it neat and tidy and away from pets and rolling under sofas, and will dispense the yarn to you through an eyelet at the top as you knit or crochet with it!

You could even keep several smaller balls inside (depending on size of them) and just have it dispense them one at a time! Brilliant!
