This brand new kit contains everything you need to craft four beautiful macramé cord table mats. Or, if you prefer, create two larger mats and a delightful set of matching coasters – the choice is yours!

These charming scallop edge table mats are perfect for adding a touch of colour and texture to your dining table. Place them under plates and hot dishes to protect your surfaces, whether you're dining indoors or out. Once completed, each large table mat will measure approximately 29cm in diameter, plus the added detail of the scalloped outer edge.

Don't worry if you're new to macramé! Our online tutorial (HERE) will guide you through the process of making all four mats. It's very straightforward and easy to follow. The scalloped edges and embroidery are optional, so feel free to adapt the design to your liking!

What's Included:

• 1 x 87m roll of 100% cotton Macramé cord in your colour choice
• 100cm x 91cm green felt for backing and embroidery base
• 3 x cotton embroidery thread skeins in yellow, pale pink and dark pink
• 1 x pack of yarn darner needles for embroidery
• Easy-to-follow Instructions

Please Note: You'll also need Gem Tac glue or a Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks, available separately. And don't forget some sharp scissors & dressmakers pins.

The finished macramé cord table mats are best suited to being wiped clean rather than machine washed. However, as the tops are crafted from 100% cotton, you can easily protect them from liquids and staining with a waterproofing spray. We recommend applying two coats of a Scotchgard-type waterproofing spray.

Choose your macramé cord colour option when purchasing. Our kit is available in yellow, olive green, blue, pink, cream (natural) or beige. The felt backing and embroidery thread colours will remain the same for all kits.
