Turkish Drop Spindle

This Turkish Drop Spindle has the weighted cross bars at the bottom of the whorl, so you can wind your wool as you spin above them. You can then slide off your perfect ball for knitting, by sliding the crossbars away to release the ball of yarn completely intact!  :-) xx
