Isn't Terrazzo just gorgeous? We're absolutely smitten with this eco-conscious yarn from Scheepjes. Made with a blend of 70% recycled mulesing-free wool and 30% recycled viscose, it even boasts the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification – bonus points for that!

This 'felted' tweed-style yarn has a really luxurious look and feel. The subtle speckled effect, like a real terrazzo floor, comes from twisting fibres in both contrasting and complementary colours. It's clever stuff!

Scheepjes Terrazzo combines the breathability of wool with the softness of viscose. Viscose is lovely and absorbent, giving a silky feel and beautiful drape, whilst the wool brings that rustic look and fantastic warmth.
