Indulge in the luxurious texture and rich colour of our Chocolate Brown Merino Wool Tops, perfect for all your felting and spinning projects. This beautiful wool fleece boasts a deep, dark, velvety chocolate brown hue that will add warmth and sophistication to your creations.

Each 100g bundle contains approximately 4-5 metres of premium quality wool tops, with a fineness of 23 micron / 64s, making it incredibly soft and gentle to handle. It's a delight to work with whether you're a seasoned crafter or just starting out.

Important Ordering Information:

If you require more than 100g of this gorgeous chocolate brown wool, simply increase the quantity in your basket. For example, if you need 600g, enter '6' in the quantity box before adding the item to your basket.

Do you need your wool in one continuous length? We can do that! If you'd prefer your wool to arrive as one large ball, rather than separate 100g bags, please leave us a message under "special instructions" when you check out. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, although please note that there may occasionally be a join in the wool tops. But don't worry, we'll include simple instructions on how to seamlessly join the wool together, especially useful for those larger giant knitting or giant crochet projects!

For example, if you fancy working with a 2 kilo ball of wool for a giant knit blanket, simply order 20 x 100g lots and then remind us to wind it together in the "special instructions" at checkout.

How Much Wool Do I Need?

Here are some helpful guidelines to get you started:

Felting:

• Pair of Felt Slippers or Medium Felt Bag: Aim for approximately 75g each of 3 different colours. Ordering 3 x 100g bags in different colours allows for beautiful layered effects.

Giant Knitting / Giant Crochet:

• Smaller regular sized cushion front: Approximately 500g
• Large Floor cushion front: Approximately 1.75kg
• Small blanket or throw: Approximately 2kg
• Medium blanket or throw: Approximately 3.5kg
• Larger blanket or throw: Approximately 5kg
