Dive into the wonderful world of wool crafts with our gorgeous Mid Olive Merino wool tops. This beautiful shade, which we've affectionately named Mid Olive, is probably the truest olive colour of the bunch! It's not as vibrant as our Bright Olive, offering a subtle, slightly yellowy mid-green tone that's just perfect.

Our Mid Olive wool plays beautifully with darker greens like Dark Olive, and creates a harmonious contrast with our softer yellows, like Soft Yellow Olive. You can even find it featured in our "Gardeners World" inspiration pack – we just know you'll love it!

• 23 micron / 64s Merino wool
• 100g per lot (approximately 4-5 metres)
• Ideal for felting, spinning, giant knitting and crochet

Ordering Information:

To order more than 100g, simply increase the quantity in the box. For example, if you require 600g, enter '6' before adding to your basket.

Need your wool in one continuous length? No problem! Just let us know in the "special instructions" box at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, although please be aware that sometimes joins are unavoidable. But don’t worry, we’ll include easy-to-follow instructions on how to join the wool if you’re using it for giant knitting or crochet!

For example, if you need 2 kilos of wool, purchase 20 lots of 100g and tell us you want it as one large ball in the "special instructions" at checkout.

How Much Wool Do I Need?

Here are some handy guidelines to help you calculate the amount of wool tops you'll need for your next crafting project:

Felting:

• Felt Slippers (pair) or Medium Felt Bag: Approximately 75g of each of 3 different colours. We recommend purchasing three 100g bags in your chosen colours for creating beautiful layered effects.

Giant Knitting / Giant Crochet:

• Smaller Regular-Sized Cushion Front: Approximately 500g
• Large Floor Cushion Front: Approximately 1.75kg
• Small Blanket or Throw: Approximately 2kg
• Medium Blanket or Throw: Approximately 3.5kg
• Large Blanket or Throw: Approximately 5kg
