Important Ordering Information:

Need more than 100g? Simply add the desired quantity to your basket. For example, if you require 600g, enter "6" in the quantity box before adding to your basket.

For larger projects, we understand the convenience of having your wool in one continuous length. If you'd prefer your wool tops to be supplied in a single ball, rather than separate bags, please let us know in the "special instructions" section during checkout. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request.

Please bear in mind that occasionally there may be a join in the wool tops. Not to worry! We'll include easy-to-follow instructions on how to seamlessly join the wool together when using it for giant knitting or crochet.

How Much Wool Tops Do I Need?

Here are some general guidelines to help you estimate the amount of wool tops required for your project:

Felting:

Felt Slippers or a Medium Felt Bag: Depending on size, approximately 75g of each colour. For a layered effect, purchase 3 of our 100g bags in different colours.

Giant Knitting / Giant Crochet:

• Smaller Regular-Sized Cushion Front: approximately 500g
• Large Floor Cushion Front: approximately 1.75kg
• Small Blanket or Throw: approximately 2kg
• Medium Blanket or Throw: approximately 3.5kg
• Larger Blanket or Throw: approximately 5kg
