It's honestly tricky to put into words just how lovely this hand-dyed kid silk lace yarn really is. I'm absolutely smitten!

Hand-painted with love right here in my Betchworth studio, this new colourway, "L'Amour L'Amour L'Amour," has a rather special story. It was inspired by a favourite scarf from my twenties! It reminds me of faded roses and late-season heathers, those leaves just beginning to turn yellow before they flutter to the ground. Imagine a base of pastel yellow, eau de nil, and peach, all sprinkled with darker red, blue-green, and lime. Truly romantic, truly gorgeous, and utterly divine on this yarn.

The Technical Bits:

This is a brushed skein comprising 72% Kid Mohair and 28% Silk. Each skein weighs 50g and gives you approximately 420m (that's about 460 yards) of yarn. It's technically a lace weight, but you could absolutely hold it double for a thicker knit, or even knit it alongside another yarn for added texture and interest.
