Let me introduce you to 'The Hills Are Alive with the Sound of Music', one of my latest hand-dyed creations! This yarn is bursting with colour and character, just waiting to be transformed into something truly special.

I've taken a rather unconventional approach to dyeing this particular yarn. I begin with a gentle, pale grey base. Then, using a unique folding technique, I carefully paint the 'hills' onto the yarn. A touch of sunshine, a hint of sky, and finally, my own interpretation of the 'sounds of music' complete the picture. It's a little bit bonkers, I know, but the results are rather lovely!

Each skein is lovingly hand-dyed right here in our Dorking studio.
