Let me tell you about this glorious hand-dyed kid silk lace yarn. Honestly, words almost fail to capture its beauty! I absolutely adore this yarn. It's unbelievably soft, making it perfect for creating lightweight, summery knits. But don't be fooled; it will also keep you delightfully cosy when you need that extra bit of warmth. It's simply gorgeous.

Hand-painted right here in my studio in Betchworth, this colour-way is truly special. I've blended pale yellows, pastel pinks, and pretty greens and lilacs, then added a sprinkling of dark orange and pistachio. It's reminiscent of the film of colour you see on a bubble – a little bit of everything, but subtly 'knocked back' so it's not overwhelming. I just know it will look utterly amazing once knitted up!

The Technical Bits

Here's what you need to know:

• 72% Kid Mohair, 28% Silk
• Brushed Skein
• 50g and approximately 420m (460 yards)
• Lace weight – though it can be held double for a thicker knit, or knitted alongside another yarn for a unique effect.

This yarn is ideal for the most incredible knits – be it a scarf, jumper, cardigan, or anything else you can dream up. Plus, with its generous meterage, a little goes a long way!
