Bring along your current knitting project or some samples you're working on. That way, Clare can provide specific, tailored advice to improve your skills right away. It's all about making your knitting journey smoother and more enjoyable.

Where Will Your Private Knitting Tuition Be Held?

Your private knitting workshop will be held in person at our lovely studio, right next to our shop, The Gilliangladrag Fluff-a-torium, in Betchworth, Surrey, UK. (Find a handy map at the bottom of our homepage!)

Session Details

These 2-hour sessions are generally held on weekdays during the day, but we can occasionally arrange weekend sessions. Bear in mind that our studio is usually busier at weekends.

We'll do our utmost to find a date and time that suits us both as quickly as possible. If we can't find a mutually agreeable time, we'll offer you a full refund. Once a date is confirmed, our standard Ts and Cs apply, and cancellations aren't possible within 30 days of the agreed date. We'll send you a confirmation of your session date.

Please note: We can only start arranging a date and time *after* you've booked and paid for your private session. If, for any reason, we can't find a suitable date, we will, of course, refund you. We manage to find mutually convenient dates 99% of the time, so don't fret!

Pricing

A 2-hour private knitting session is priced at £80, inclusive of VAT. If you would like a longer session, 4 hours is £160, and so on.

Group Bookings

Want to learn with a friend or two? If there are more than two of you who'd like to learn together, we charge an extra £50 per person for the 2-hour session. Simply book this session, and we'll send you an invoice for the additional cost.

What's Included?

Your session includes expert tuition from Clare. You will need to bring your own needles and yarn or purchase them from our shop. Alternatively, bring your own knitting to use during the session. As a bonus, you'll receive a 10% discount in our shop on the day of your booking! We'll also provide tape measures and scissors for you to use in the studio.

We'll keep you refreshed with complimentary drinks and biscuits. Plus, you'll also get a 10% discount in our shop, "The Fluff-a-torium," on the day of your private knitting session!
