Fancy blossoming into a felt flower artist? Join us for our delightful felt flower course, where you'll learn to craft everything from vibrant roses to delicate anemones. With expert guidance from Gillian, you'll master the art of creating nature's beauty with felt!

Gillian Harris, the talented author of "Complete Feltmaking", "Carnival of Felting", "Felting Fabulous Flowers", and "Easy Stuff to Make with Fluff", will be your guide. Her passion for felting is infectious, and she's brilliant at making even the most intricate techniques accessible.

During the course, Gillian will teach you how to make a variety of felt flowers, including roses, pansies, daisies, anemones, and poppies. We'll also cover essential elements like felt leaves and stamens! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some felting experience, this course is perfect for you.

You'll discover how to wet felt the basic shapes of your flowers and then add needle felted embellishments for extra detail and texture. We'll also explore other ways to use needle felting, such as sculptural techniques and methods for joining and decorating your creations.

Our class sizes are kept small (maximum of 6 students) to ensure everyone receives plenty of individual attention. Each course runs from 10am to 4pm.

The cost for this comprehensive felting course is £95.00.

All felting course materials are provided, so you don't need to worry about bringing anything except your enthusiasm! We'll also keep you refreshed with drinks, biscuits, and a terribly British afternoon tea with cake.

Important Booking Information

Please note that by booking a place on one of our courses, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, which are as follows:

Booking a place on our courses is similar to booking a seat at the theatre. It's not possible to swap or cancel, and "the show must go on!" Therefore, should you need to cancel your place on a course for any reason, the cancellation charges are as follows:

• Cancellation within 28+ days of the course date = 50% of the course fee payable, unless the place is refilled.
• Cancellation within 0-27 days of the course date = 100% of the course fee payable, unless the place is refilled.

Sometimes, our courses are oversubscribed, so we maintain a waiting list and may be able to refill your place. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Please let us know your replacement's name, phone number, and email address as soon as possible before the course date.
