Perfect for wet felting, needle felting, spinning your own yarn, or creating wonderfully chunky giant knits, this wool is a dream to work with.
Our Hot Pink is an intense, raspberry-ish bright pink - think of sunshine and summer berries! It's slightly less purple than our Cerise shade, offering a bold pop of colour to your makes.
Specifications:
- 23 micron / 64s Merino Wool
- 100g (approximately 4-5 metres)
Hot Pink works wonderfully alongside Rose Pink, Candy Pink, and Cerise, especially for detailed work like flower making. Imagine the possibilities!
Important Ordering Information:
To order more than 100g, simply increase the quantity in your basket. For example, if you require 600g, enter "6" in the quantity box.
If you need your wool in one continuous ball, please specify this in the "special instructions" box at checkout. We'll always do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that there can occasionally be a join in the wool tops, but don't worry! If this happens, we'll include simple instructions to help you seamlessly join the wool when using it for giant knitting or crochet.
So, if you need 2 kilos of wool, please order 20 lots of 100g and let us know you'd like it as one ball in the "special instructions" section during checkout.
How Much Wool Do I Need?
Here are some rough guidelines to help you plan your project:
Felting:
For a pair of Felt Slippers or a Medium Felt Bag: We recommend approximately 75g of 3 different colours, so grab 3 of our 100g bags in the shades you like for layering.
Giant Knitting / Giant Crochet:
- Smaller regular-sized cushion front: about 500g
- Large Floor cushion front: approximately 1.75kg
- Small blanket or throw: approximately 2kg
- Medium blanket or throw: approximately 3.5kg
- Larger blanket or throw: approximately 5kg
