This softly blended chunky yarn moves gradually from one colour into another, creating lovely colour changes as you knit or crochet. No complicated colour changes, no ends to sew in every five minutes - just keep going and watch the colours unfold.

Summer Fruits is one of those colourways that makes you want to cast on immediately. The gently shifting shades create a lively melange effect as you work, so even a simple stitch pattern gets plenty of colour interest. It's a lovely choice for cosy garments and accessories, particularly when you want something colourful without having to juggle several balls of yarn.
Made from 53% wool and 47% acrylic, Creative Melange Chunky combines the warmth and character of wool with the easy-care qualities of acrylic. Each 50g ball contains 85 metres of chunky-weight yarn and works beautifully on 6-7mm needles or hooks. The recommended tension is 14 stitches and 19 rows to 10cm.
It's a great chunky yarn for knitting or crochet and particularly well suited to jumpers, cardigans, scarves, hats and other cosy accessories. And because the colour changes happen within the yarn itself, you can get a lovely effect without having to become a human yarn traffic controller.
